Beneath the puffy clouds…

When I look up at the sky, what I see are clouds floating by, grinning or frowning down on me as I let my body relax and my mind go free. Our daughter joins me in the ‘guessing’ game while her father softly snores by her side.
“An elephant 🐘, a pixie 🧚‍♀️ or a carousel 🎠 horse? Quick! Before it changes shape.” She urges. My voice gradually fall silent as I lose my battle to sweet slumber.
This is a typical scenario, a ‘family’ tradition that we follow when we are travelling. On a day out, with all the walking around, we give ourselves a half hour to an hour’s break, usually lying ourselves down on the beautiful grounds of a public park post some lunch.
